I had such a great experience at Honda on Antrim Way in Pennsylvania, and I especially want to thank Jacob for all his help throughout the entire process. From our very first phone call to the final negotiation at the dealership, Jacob was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. He worked with me and my sister and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured. What really stood out was how genuine and approachable he was. The whole experience didn’t feel like a typical business transaction,it felt honest, smooth, and truly customer-focused. That made a big difference. I’m very happy with my purchase and grateful for the excellent service. Thank you again, Jacob, and thank you to Honda on Antrim Way for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend asking for Jacob if you’re looking for a car!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!! We have purchased many vehicles and had service completed at Antrim Way and had a great experience. The sales team and service team were spectacular. In 2024, we had repairs completed in the collision center on one of the wheels on a car purchased from Antrim Way after a failure with the axle. The experience was HORRIBLE and constant blame was thrown at us because apparently our insurance company was difficult for Antrim Way to deal with (Allstate). When we got the car back, there was a noise coming from the same wheel and area of the repairs. We contacted the collision center, and were given nothing but attitude by the receptionist and collision manager, or simply got no response. We brought the car back in, and service found a problem with the wheel bearing. The collision center said that this wasn't a problem when they fixed the car in the first place, but clearly it was since the noise was apparent from the time we picked the car up immediately after the repairs. Call after call was made, and nothing was resolved. I called the general manager for resolution, and initially, all was good. When we didn't hear back for weeks, I called again, and didn't hear back. FINALLY today, I spoke with the general manager, and when I told him that the collision center was difficult to deal with and rude to my wife on MANY OCCASIONS, he accused me of insulting his employees. The manager also stated that I was holding him "hostage" concerning this issue. Hostage? Simply because they didn't want to admit their oversight!?! The fact of the matter is that the problem was overlooked when the car was in for the original repairs, but the manager stated that this problem was not in the same spot as the original repairs, which WAS A COMPLETE LIE. The general manager insulted me and stated that if I wanted help from him, I should NOT inform him that this has been difficult since day one. He then blamed my insurance company and said "what are they doing for you?" When it has been OVER A YEAR since the original repairs were made. I am a business owner, and if I ever spoke to a customer this way, OR if I heard one of my staff talk like that to a customer, I would be completely mortified and rethink my training. I have NEVER been treated like this by a manager of any company, EVER. The damage was overlooked, and Antrim Way stuck to their claim that it wasn't a problem when they made the repairs. OVER A YEAR LATER, they continue to blame the insurance company for an issue THEY overlooked. I will NEVER return to Antrim Way after the way I was treated by the general manager, and I honestly hope that no one is ever treated like this by a supposed professional. Congratulations Antrim Way Honda. You lost a customer of over 17 years because of how we were treated by the general manager. Your company just lost a lot of business. Please make sure that Greg reads this.

Jake Gregory was so amazing to work with. He was so patient and was not pushy in any way. His knowledge of the CRV HYBRID Touring pleasant experience! We drove away with confidence and comfort in our new SUV. I would refer my friends and family to Jake and Antrim Way Honda

I bought my Accord last year in Georgia so I don’t have experience with Antrim Way’s sales department but I will say that their service department is great. I can’t remember the name of the man that checked me in for my appointment today but he was very patient when I was frazzled and searching for my new insurance card that I knew I stuck in my bag (which I found). I did have a bad experience last time I was in for a warranty repair with Dom but the guy today was very nice and helpful. They really made up for my previous experience as I was considering switching dealerships for service appointments. And, as always, Dwight is great. I’ve dealt with him every time I’ve brought my car in for service and he’s always very nice and helpful.

We had a great experience at this Honda dealership. Bob was wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and truly respectful throughout the entire process. The sales manager was equally professional and supportive, and together they made sure we received a very fair and competitive deal. What really stood out to us was the family-friendly atmosphere. The dealership has a dedicated kids’ area with toys and activities, as well as a ping-pong table, which is a fantastic and thoughtful touch for families. Overall, a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused dealership. Highly recommend working with Bob and his team. I have high standards but I believe we will be back again !
