So I have taken my 2016 Honda Civic there twice to have the AC fixed, and it still doesn’t work. The second time I took it there the service was only supposed to take 1 day. They called me at the end of that day letting me know they would need another day. The second day I heard nothing and finally called them 15 minutes before closing. Turns out that the guy working on my Civic was already gone for the day. I told them that I had to have my Car back for the next day. They said that my car was currently disassembled and that I couldn’t get it back. I asked about a loaner vehicle and they said they couldn’t do it. I had to borrow my parent’s vehicle. After the third day they still didn’t know what was wrong so I just told them to give me my car back. I didn’t leave a review then because at that point it had all been warranty work so I hadn’t been charged anything. Today I took in my 2023 Odyssey for a broken cable affecting the third row seat. I told them that was the issue, but they couldn’t give me an estimate without assessing the issue. After telling me that it would cost 880 dollars to replace a cable (a Honda certified part that costs 46 dollars online) I said no thank you because it’s not that big of an issue. I was then charged 200 dollars for the assessment. Now I understand that they do this because time goes into figuring out the problems, but in this case I had told them the issue and I’m including a picture so that you can see that the problem was easily visualized and required nothing accept looking at it to know what the issue was. I’m officially done with Antrim Way Honda. I’ve only stuck with them this long because it’s right next to my house so it’s extremely convenient, but no more. Update: I was able to fix it myself in about an hour, and that was with me fumbling through it. I was off on the price for the part it was 115 for a honda certified part so they were charging 765 dollars for at the most 1 hour of labor. I’ve included a video of it in working condition.

I had my complimentary Auto Butler service done. First time using the service department at Antrim Way Honda. The results were spectacular! - like driving home in a brand new Ridgeline.

Worst Honda dealer around, if u need to do any work done on your car after you buy it from them. Its not only me, I have friends who have bought new Hondas there to. If you have an issue with your car, they pull the new car game. Keep you coming back to look at it 20 times, so you get anoyed and dont want to deal with it. I would scrutinize everything they do, because they are definatley out to shaft the consumer. Management sucks to. I drove my car an extra 30 mins to go toHagerstown Honda, you will get treated better there if you have an issue with your car.

Went in for issues with engine. Service department was able to identify the problem in the transmission. The belt assembly was coming apart and destroying the transmission from inside out. Even though the vehicle was just outside the warranty window, the service team went to Honda on my behalf and I was able to get everything replaced and installed at no charge to myself. This dealership, especially their service team, cares about their customers. Thank you for what you do each and every day.

I purchased a brand new vehicle from Antrim Way that had a few scratches on it when it was delivered. The dealership was supposed to repair them prior to me taking ownership. When I picked up the car the scratches were just painted over but clearly still visible. They provided a “We owe you” and I had to make an appointment to schedule to drop it off and have them repaired. (2nd time) When I came to pick up the car the scratches were still visible so I left it. A sales manager was supposed to deal with the service dept and ensure they were repaired appropriately. The next day I received a call that they were repaired. (3rd time) However the scratches are still there. I’m disgusted with this dealership and will not purchase another vehicle here again.
