My 2025 Hyundai Tuscon was read ended. Total cost of repair $10,321.02. The rear bumper, trunk lid, fenders and some rear brackets needed to be replaced. The car was brought in first thing Monday morning on March 10, 2025 to Antwerpen Collision Center in Clarksville, MD. I was told initially around 6 weeks so long as there were no issues with getting parts. I understand parts can take time to order, but I have been told for the last four weeks my would be ready by the end of the week only to have the car not be ready. I have called twice a week for the last month and when I was told I would receive a call back or update on the car, I never received a call back. I never received an update, I had to call every time for info on my vehicle. It is now Monday May 19, 2025 at 4:30pm and I come to pick up my vehicle, new scratches on the car that were not on the car when I brought it in, the bumper trim is not properly aligned I can see gaps, somebody went through my wheel and tire kit and removed the tow hook and put it in the front seat, and the interior is filthy with some white insulation or foam all over the place. Likewise the interior was marked up and filthy. The car was purchased in mid December 2024, at this point it has been in the shop almost longer than we have owned than we have owned it. To be fair Curt and Shelby are very nice people, but my experience has been zero stars. This collision center appears to be severely understaffed, the techs are not always on site and only come in certain days to work on the vehicle. I would recommend getting your car repaired somewhere else. The repair shop is going to replace the rear fender flares that a re scratched, realign the bumper, and clean the interior. I am leaving my vehicle at the repair shop and will update the review if these issues are managed the second time around. UPDATE: While I was extremely disappointed with my first experience with Antwerpen collision, I have to give credit to Shelby and her staff. A week and half later my car was ready, it had a complimentary detailed on the interior and exterior, the scratch fender flares were replaced, and the bumper was realigned properly. I appreciate Antwerpen for making things right and I am changing my review to three stars.

I never wrote a review in my entire life. I generally don't point out any small issues. My experience here was very bad, which made me write my first review (unfortunately.) I see that Sarah Kellett wrote a review about this place about 8 months ago. Poor communication, slow to act etc. My experience was more or less the same. It took them almost a week to contact my insurance (which is confirmed by my insurance) after I first dropped of my vehicle for a small dent fix on top of the roof (on top, outside) I got the vehicle back after 5 weeks and it was dirty inside ( I have pictures) After I got the vehicle, i saw that the windshield panel was loose. When i pointed that out, i was told they never touched it and advised me to contact insurance. Seriously - contact insurance for new problem which never existed before?? It wasn't loose when I gave them the vehicle, how can it be loose now? No answer. All in all, this place, never again for me. Extremely disappointed and felt helpless. Is this something that can be reported to Better Business Bureau?
