I’ve had my 2023 Hyundai Palisade serviced here in the past, but after my recent experience, I won’t be coming back. I went in because a wiper was stuck after a snowstorm. I knew it was a simple reset, but I couldn't do it myself. I explained that I had an 8-hour drive to Boston the very next day and needed help. The service desk attendant came out, barely looked at it, and told me I had to book an appointment for a full "diagnostic" next week. He wasn't rude, but he was completely disinterested in my situation. He wouldn't even ask a mechanic to take a 60-second look. I went three minutes down the road to another mechanic who fixed it in literally 2 minutes by adjusting a single nut. If you’re looking for a service center that actually cares about its customers or understands common-sense repairs, look elsewhere.

Got the job done, took way too long (3days) for a common part to come to a "major" dealer in area and then they tried to add extra stuff. It was all petty stuff but I appreciate their attempt. Check out was easy, and the car was drivable

The service is amazing. They are busy but their customer service is top tier. The guys who work the front desk are polite and attentive. Wish I got their names. The free car wash guy was a different story but u don’t want him to get in trouble it’s the holidays

Very nice people here, CJ was very kind helping me and my friend look at cars. They can be a little forward with trying to get you to buy the car that same day, but that's to be expected.

Do not come here! I never write reviews but I had to for this. I took my car in after the check engine light came on, they told me it would take 4 days and had no rentals so I had to get a rental from enterprise. They said if it was covered by warranty they would reimburse me. Two hours after I drop my car off and pick up the rental they said it was ready. I had to try and change the date of my rental return, was able to, then I get a call saying it’s no longer ready and will be the following day. I had to extend the rental. Then, I am not contacted the following day, and called the service center and they said I can’t pick it up because it needed a part but should be ready Saturday. Almost a week later I go to pick up my car without the part needed because it’s on back order (wasn’t communicated to me until the Monday after). The part comes in and I drop it off and uber to work, they call and say they need to emergency order another part. Still not fixed and very unhappy with the service I received! Save yourself the headache. No attention to detail or communication about your car or between technicians.
