I had an absolutely delightful experience buying a car and Mitch and Nickolas made it fun and seamless. This is the first time I bought a car in 10 years. They went above and beyond, and did not haggle. Mitch and Nickolas are honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They will work with you tirelessly to make sure you leave happy. I bought a gorgeous Kia Soul that looks new and had low mileage, and runs smoothly. This was the best place in the surrounding area. We went to three dealers, but returned to Antwerpen Randallstown. 5 Stars

Just purchased a 2019 RAV4 from Antwerpen Mitsubishi in Randallstown, MD. First came in Saturday and met Nick Coleman who showed us the vehicle, he was very informative and super friendly. Came back Monday with down payment in hand and worked with Nick and Mitch Stainback to complete the purchase, again both super helpful, super friendly, overall great experience. I had an excellent experience at Antwerpen Mitsubishi. Nick my salesman was very informative and show me the car that l purchased that same day. Mitch was so helpful because he work out a payment that I was very content with. Everyone including including Daniel and Brenda in the processing office finalized everything for me I was completely happy when I drove away in my new car. Thank you all very very much!

I really appreciate how detailed the reports are at every visit, and the service staff are always friendly and professional. That said, I was expecting more from a dealership experience. My visits don’t feel much different from a regular service station, and I had hoped for something more personalized and specialized. I assumed a dealership would be able to service my vehicle in ways that other shops couldn’t. On my most recent visit, I brought up a specific issue, but I was told no diagnostic could be done and that I would need to go to another dealership. This location is already far from me, and it’s the closest one available, so that was frustrating. At this point, I’m considering finding another place to service my vehicle moving forward.
