My Jeep Grand Cherokee was involved in an accident & while there was no visible damage, I wanted to be certain there was no unseen damage. I met with Jeff at the Randallstown location. He assessed the vehicle, asked pertinent questions about how the car was functioning post accident, and thoroughly explained what features/sensors/cameras would have been impacted. In the end there was no damage and no repairs needed. I felt confident after Jeff's assessment and explanations that my car needed no repairs. He was thorough & professional. It was a truly easy & simple process.

This body shop has, giving me the run around for a month now, I've been given 2 different time that they would be finish with my wife's car and they still haven't finish yet. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism
