We’ve been loyal Toyota customers for years, and I had taken my Corolla only to this service center since I bought it brand new. However, the last few services it felt like they were just trying to get money out of me versus actually recommending service that was needed. One visit, I was being told I needed a service done that I had already paid for the previous visit. After my last visit and being quoted over $1,000 in supposed “required services,” I took my car to another shop to get a second opinion. All of the items flagged by the dealership weren’t even up for fixing/service! This visit will definitely be my last visit. Don’t recommend going here unless you just want to overspend on your car.
