Decided to update my 10-year-old car. From getting an estimate to having the work done faster than expected, they did a fantastic job. Installed new headlights I provided, repainted the hood, roof, and quarter panels, and put a new windshield in. Gorgeous work, very pleased.

I am so, so pleased with the work Arbutus Auto Body did on our 2016 Honda Accord. My daughter backed into a column in a parking garage. We went to them for an estimate to correct the large dent in the bumper but not necessarily make the bumper "perfect" and knew we would still see scratches after fixing the dent. Well, the work was performed today and there is no evidence of the dent at all and the scratches were given a cosmetic makeover that we didn't expect. It looks better than what we had hoped. They were very professional, courteous, and did an amazing job for a very fair price. HIGHLY recommend!

This shop is Amazing, one of my friends had her car hit from the front and she ask if I could replace the front bumper. I ordered the front bumper from a Nissan dealer because I work at a dealer too and I had a discount. After receiving the front bumper from Nissan, all I needed was the front bumper paint match the vehicle. I asked around dealership like Heritage Toyota of Owings Mill and body shop around Catonsville. They all wanted me to install the bumper first so that they can give me an estimate. Which I think is crazy. I told him it was a brand new bumper and all I needed was to paint match the front bumper to the vehicle. They all said that they had to see the vehicle to give me an estimate, which is very frustrating because I have the front bumper already and I just needed to be painted. But when I call Arbutus Auto body, ask them if they could paint the front bumper, they immediately said $300. I went to the body shop myself and after they examine the front bumper it came out to $279. They told me that they wanted to see the paint of the car so that they can perfectly match it, I asked my friend to stop by but she didn't. Despite that they perfectly match the paint. All I had to do was get them the VIN, that's it. They got it perfectly look at the picture and tell me the difference. All I'm saying is if I ever need anybody work on my vehicle this is the place. They are very professional and not just that but the people are amazing. I didn't have a fender cover when I picked it up and they gave me one for FREE. I am a very very satisfied customer.

I need to make clear that this rating is not a reflection of the work that was performed on my car which was GREAT! But what was not great was the poor attitude, poor customer service I received from their FRONT desk person Heather. I received a call from Cameron (exceptional service) about my car this particular day around 1130am about my car being ready the next day of that call. I asked him, can I pick it up on Friday he granted me that grace. Later the same day, Heather calls 10 minutes to 5pm, to tell me car was ready for pick up. I responded that Cameron said it will be ready the next day but I asked to come get it on that Friday. And Heather responded with, ‘well it’s ready and I’ve already called your rental car place to tell them. And that was a lie. Neither Arbutus Auto nor herself would have the authority to report my car is finished as if I needed to return my rental car to come and retrieve my car from them. OUT OF ORDER! The next day I called my insurance to report what had occurred and to ask what is my position? My insurance company, literally called them as I was on the phone to ask was my car ready or not? Cameron expressed to my insurance company my car will not be ready that weekend coming and I was extended for another 5 days. On the 5th day I called Arbutus auto Body to let them know I was on my way to get my car and Heather was ABRUPTLY RUDE telling me, ‘you asked Cameron to come Friday your car was ready… I spoke with you and your car was ready … and your car is ready today. Her rude, unprofessional and misinformed posture needs to be evaluated. When I get there she didn’t look me in my face acting so busy to prepare my paperwork and get my keys to my vehicle. UNACCEPTABLE. I complimented Cameron on being very nice and accommodating thru my process. WILL NEVER EVER recommend this place again.

Just picked up my vehicle after being repaired by the guys/girls at Arbutus Auto Body. They did a fantastic job. The color match is perfect, at least to my eyes, everything was done on the time schedule they provided when I dropped it off, and as an added bonus my car was washed and vacuumed, which may have been more difficult than the repair itself😃. Thanks for the excellent service. Dave.
