They are honest and fair and I trust them to always do great work! They even pick me up and take me home since I live so close. Such a huge help!!! They are & will always my go-to!

I will never bring my cars anywhere else! It can be so hard to find a mechanic that you know you can trust, but I have no doubt that I can rely on them to give me honest prices and quality work. This is our second or third time going to Arbutus Automotive. I called on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend, and they were not only nice enough to fit us in the next day, but they were done a lot quicker than I anticipated. John, who I believe is second generation owner, is very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a mechanic, check them out!

I was looking for a place to take my car in for a oil leak. After reading reviews on Google I decided to try this place. I made a appointment they found where it was leaking from and gave me a price. Took the car back on Monday morning and by the after noon my car was ready. Will definitely be coming back for any other repair needs. I Highly recommend this place for price, and quality work.

I have been here twice now due to issues i have with a very old car that i persisitantly continue to drive despite multiple mechanical issues with it. Arbutus Automotive are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and will take time to help you the best they can. They are also very realistic and honest with their work. But they will not let you leave unless the car is in a safe working condition for you to get around and they will work around your needs.
