I bought a 1986 Corvette as a project car. The transmission needed to be rebuilt. I spoke with Ginny over the phone and she was able to answer all the questions that I had. It was nice to have a conversation with someone who was more interested in my plans with the car in the future. She gave me recommendations for the rebuild that would prevent more work later down the road. Now when I drive my project car I have confidence in my transmission.

Terrible! They gave me a price quote and scheduled a service appointment. After I dropped off the vehicle, they raised the price! This is unsatisfactory. The purpose of a price quote is that we agree on the cost before the work starts. They broke this agreement. I would stay away from ATM Transmission center.

Ginny and her team were amazing. I took my vehicle in due to transmissions concerns and they were able to accommodate me immediately. By the end of the day, Ginny gave me a detailed overview on my vehicle concerns and provided a thorough explanation of my repair costs. Ms. Ginny and her team are so amazing. They are friendly and treat you like family. I reached out to them due to issues. I was having with my SUV transfer case. They took my vehicle right in and when I dropped it off, Ms. Ginny even gave me a ride home. They rebuilt my transfer case, and I was back in my vehicle in a matter of days.
