Huge shoutout to ATR Towing and especially Dave, who turned a stressful car situation into a surprisingly pleasant experience. Dave arrived promptly (like, “wow-that-was-fast” promptly), was kind, patient, and immediately put me at ease. During the ride to the dealership, we had a friendly, easygoing conversation about family—just enough to make the trip enjoyable—while Dave still stayed completely professional and focused. It felt less like an awkward tow ride and more like riding with a trusted neighbor who just happens to be excellent at his job. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow and hoping for someone who knows what they’re doing and has good people skills, ATR Towing is the way to go. I highly recommend them—and if you’re lucky enough to get Dave, you’re in great hands 🚗😄.

I was in a tough spot after another towing company completely failed to show up for my scheduled appointment and offered zero communication. Fortunately, I was able to reach Adam at ATR Towing and Roadside immediately. He quickly understood the predicament I was in and guaranteed that he or one of his team members would get my car and take it to the service center. Not only did he come through on his promise, but his team was courteous, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I just had one of the best towing experiences I’ve ever had in 40 yrs of driving and having breakdowns. I used ATR TOWING and Roadside assistance. My car developed a coolant leak driving from Vt to SC and I pulled over to a service area on I-95 and called AAA for roadside assistance. Adam got there within 20 minutes and recommended a local service center that could work on my Mercedes. Being the weekend he dropped me off at a hotel nearby to the service station and brought my car there for diagnosis and repair. I can’t tell you how nice it is when you break down on the interstate and have such a great company and guy come to your assistance. He took a very stressful time and made it much easier! He was fast, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to hire to tow my car. I wouldn’t use any one else in the area if I needed towing. TOP NOTCH! 😁

The driver from ATR Towing arrived promptly at 8:00am to pick up my 29-year-old convertible that needed to be towed to the dealership. It was raining, and I was unable to get the top up. Eric was an experienced mechanic and was able to manually close the roof so that it would not be damaged by the rain in transit. He spent a significant amount of time helping to address electrical and transmission issues and carefully ensured that the car could be safely towed to the 45-minute destination. He truly provided service "above and beyond," and the owner of ATR Towing, when I called to compliment Eric, said that customer service is extremely important to the company. They proved that today!

Life saver ! Huge thank you to Adam and ATR towing ! We had a unique/difficult situation. Damage to front hitch of our pop up camper. Needed to be towed to get repaired. Adam was up to the challenge. Price was beyond fair. Communication amazing. And he did an incredible job getting the camper out of our garage and getting it to its repair destination. Super skilled, super professional.
