If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I had the worst customer service experience ever with the Audi service center of Bethesda. I brought my car in for my 40,000 mile maintenance and was presented with a list of items of recommended services. I selected the ones at this time that I felt were most pertinent and was then met with hostility from the staff about the vehicle in which I pay for. After waiting several hours for a simple service. I was told that my service light would not be turned off since the entirety of the service was not completed, which is absolutely false. After driving an hour home, my check engine light came on. I returned an hours way back to the dealership and they took my car for 30 minutes to tell me they could not find the root cause but turned it off manually. They suspected it was a sporadic fuel injector issue and should self resolve and not come back on. After driving home my light came on once again. I called to discuss the issue and they told me they would need to run a full diagnostic. Thankfully I checked my Audi app and it told me the exact issue was emissions related. I was able to get the car scanned and a simple fix was applied the next week. I will forever be grateful for the other dealership handling myself and my car with such great care. Audi of Bethesda has lost a customer and for all my fellow Audi drivers, don't waste a cent here.

By an astoundingly wide margin, owning a brand new Audi and attempting to get it repaired at this dealership has been the worst customer service experience of my life. My service advisor does not keep me informed and literally never calls me back. I have left dozens of messages and repeatedly been assured by other service advisors that he will call me back before the end of the day. He does not. My car has been out of service for a month and a half. Received a voicemail from Audi corporate but they too never call me back. Simply bizarre and incredibly frustrating. If you are shopping for a car and are planning to get it serviced at this dealership, I suggest you buy another brand of vehicle.

My car has been with them for ten weeks+ and problem with my leaky sunroof is still not fixed. They said I could pick up the car while they wait for parts and the entire light console from the roof was hanging down when I got into car. Had to wait longer for them to re attach device despite knowing I was picking up today. I constantly have to chase the down for updates. Entire process has not been well managed and issue is ongoing.

I had an excellent experience at Audi Bethesda! My service advisor, Rob, was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend their service team!

Service person never sent me my multi inspection report. Why will I pay for dealership service if I don’t even get the proof my car is in good condition? Service person Cameron hasn’t sent this despite multiple calls. Emailed the general manager he didn’t even have the courtesy to reply. Will upgrade to 3 star if I ever see my multi inspection report (Which every other Audi service center I have ever been to has printed out before car pickup)
