My service advisor, Lindsey, was amazing — knowledgeable, helpful, and consistently kept me informed throughout the entire process. She truly provided an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Both drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I recently switched from another local Audi dealer/service center due to poor follow-up and overall lack of satisfaction, and moving to Audi Hunt Valley was a fantastic decision. Brought our SQ5 in for a warranty claim. Everything from making the appointment, drop off, and pick up went smoothly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Chris was our service advisor. He help us out by suggesting a tire package. We knew we needed tires in the near future, but we couldn’t pass up the convenience and savings that Chris provided. Our visit was very productive by addressing two concerns in one visit. We were also provided a loaner car for the day while the work was completed. We were very pleased with our service visit at Audi Hunt Valley.

I recently purchased my first AUDI and it needed to go back for some warranty recall repairs. Since this was my first Audi I several questions for my service advisor. When I got to the dealerships service department I was greeted by Lindsey and I explained why I was there and that I had a few question for my service advisor and she said "fire away" and I thought okay... Lindsey answered all of my question in great detail! My car was at the dealer for a week and I received a daily update text message from Lindsey on where they were in getting my car fixed and back to me as quickly as possible! My first experience with and Audi dealership was great and Lindsey made it absolutely flawless!
