I took my car in for scheduled service this morning and received excellent customer service from Dion. I dropped the car off in the morning and he arranged transportation for me to get to work. I was informed of the service team's progress throughout the day, and the car was washed and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up in the early afternoon. The price was very reasonable, and I was in and out in a few minutes.

Tom was my service advisor, I never got the names of the service techs though. Came in for a recall and software update, the staff was fantastic, got everything done very quickly. It was my first time at the Owings Mills dealership and frankly, I'll be back, it was a great experience. Have options for a bunch of Audi dealerships in the area but this was my first choice and now last lol. Thanks!

Stopped in for wiper blades and met Dion, service consultant. He was wonderful. Put the wiper blades on in five minutes and enabled me to use a coupon for the purchase. He made several recommendations that I will follow and I am definitely planning to consult with him in the future. Best service advisor I’ve come in contact with at this location. I will definitely consider Audi Owing Mills because of him.
