I won’t ever go anywhere else, I felt safe and protected working with them. They kept me up today and every inch of the process even went beyond what is expected just to make sure I was ok without my car and when my car was down it was band new .

I went to BMW of Catonsville to have my car serviced. They told me my engine seized up and I need to buy a new engine ($16,000 from BMW). On my uber ride home the driver referred me to Auto Center, which was the best decision I’ve made this year. Omar the shop owner went out of his way to identify all outstanding problems with my vehicle, fix them, and get me back on the road quickly and for wayyyy less money!! Beware dealership scammers, I won’t bring any of my cars to another dealer. I’m going straight to Auto Center, you should do the same!! Best car repair shop in the city, hands down 🙌🏽

I took my car to Auto Center as a referral from a good friend of mine who used the service. I have a 2005 S type Jaugar that’s in good condition. Taking it to the dealership has gotten very expensive so I took a chance on Auto Center . I gotta tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made. They treated my car like it’s was their own. Mr Omar and his Son took their time to examine my car understood the codes and the sensor issue. . They also complimented me on keeping my car in good shape, which made me feel good and that they knew what to do. Being an older car it took the time to find these parts,, but they found them. I’ve been to the other dealership in the past and they wouldn’t have taken the time to find the sensors. I also was happy that they kept me updated on the process as they waited for the part to arrive. When I picked up my car they went over what was done and showed me the old part. Also I was told about my warranty on the parts and service before I signed my receipt. Yessss I saved money at Auto Center. And my car runs so good now. The score only allow you to give a 5 but I would give them 100!!! I’m in Retail Management and I know Great service when I see and I got Amazing 😀Customer Service from the Father and Son Duo Thank You Auto Center . I recommend this business.
