Fair price! Nice people and performed good job

I've been to this place twice with 2 different vehicles that I own. My first vehicle I took there to get a catalytic converter replaced. They replaced it but when I got my vehicle back it had front bumper damage to the passenger side. At first, they denied doing the damage until I showed pictures and a video showing it was no damage to that side when I dropped it off. They said they would work with me and fix it but I declined because I had other damage and I was getting a new bumper. I went back a second time and dropped another vehicle off of mine for state inspection. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday 12/2/2024 and didn't get it back until Thursday 12/5/2024. Mind you this is for a state inspection that only takes 1-2 hours at most. I later found out that they don't do inspection at this shop and that they take it somewhere else to get the inspection. I called Monday no answer, Tuesday I called and text no response. I drove up there Tuesday to figure out what was going on and my car wasn't even looked at. Some guy said we weren't able to get it done yet. After telling him I dropped it off Monday morning and that there is no reason my car shouldn't be done, he then took the my cary to get inspected. Didn't hear back about my car until Wednesday. Due to my job I wasn't able to get to the car until Thursday. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are unprofessional. There is so much more to say but im tired to typing even after all this. Safe yourself and go elsewhere not worth is at all.

I have been going to this auto repair shop for eight years. I have to say they took care of my families and my car really well. I do trust them for all work. They also did bodywork for my vehicle three times, very pleased with the service. I highly recommend them; they are very professional and honest.

Awesome and great costumer service. I recently had my car serviced at Aki Auto Services.The employees were very knowledgeable and the owner was great. I dropped off my car in the evening and it was ready the next day. The price and service were fairly cheap compared to other auto shops in the area. I highly recommend this place.
