Took my car to Igor to be diagnose for a noise, he completely misdiagnosed the problem, after keeping my car for 6 weeks. He decided it was the transfer case one excuse after another when , he replaced it and I got my car back, He told me i was good to go 2 weeks later the rear differential fell apart on the highway with a car full if kids headed home from Massanutten fortunately my 200 miles of towing got the car home but me my Daughter and the kids was a $ 500.00 taxi ride to union station,, i had Igor again work on my car, he replaced the rear differential, my mistake, i again heard the same noise, but took the car somewhere else, Newtown Auto in Airpark Gaithersburg, the mechanic Ron was very concerned and told me the drive shaft was falling apart and it would have impacted everyones safety on the road had I continued to drive. and the rear differential Igor installed is no good, i will need to replace it soon , so I am back to square one with that rear differential, do not bring your car if you like not being ripped off and living.

This auto shop was recommended to me when my mom's car broke down. Igor, the owner of the shop, was described as a very honest person and a talented mechanic. Now, based on my personal experience , I can confirm: he is both, very honest, he won't try to rip you off, and a great mechanic with a team of professionals. I would highly recommend for its team's professionalism, honesty and reasonable (and lower than in other shops) prices. And I would like to thank Igor personally for fixing my mom's car that looks and drives like new now.

Don't ever bring your car to this place. They will rip you off!!! They will not call you to consult about the price and how much it would cost to fix. Instead of that they will fix and overcharge you. STAY AWAY!!!

great service. took very good care of my issue. Didnt give me a could be this or that. Found the problem right away and fixed it. ive been taking my car here ever since. ive had three cars serviced here since then.
