It's indeed Auto "ER". I had the starter replaced a few weeks ago, and last week the car wouldn't start. The owner sent his associate today to fix the issue free of charge. Great customer service!!! And for any inquiry, the response has been fast. I recommend the shop to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, and keep it up!!!

I was referred to them by my neighbors. They looked over my vehicle and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable for the work I needed done to my car. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix that we could afford. The owner went out of his way to get us a buyer for the vehicle and set up and mediate the sale for us. He went above and beyond for me which is honestly not heard of much now a days. If you looking for an honest mechanic I recommend Auto ER. They have my business for sure.

I find it interesting that the only 1 star review, simply says "Dishonest mechanics." I acquired a used classic motorcycle, and was recommended to take it here for maintenance. They said they needed to rebuild the forks and clean the carburetors; the work took three whole months, and then immediately failed a state inspection. The fork seals were leaking, and one of the carburetors was leaking fuel. I returned the bike, which was worked on for another almost two months while they were "waiting for brake pads," just for them to tell me on the day that I came to pick the bike up that they were just putting my original brake pads back on since "they kept receiving the wrong brake pads." When I mentioned that it's unacceptable that the work they did either didn't pass inspection, I was told to just get historic tags so that the bike wouldn't need to pass inspection, and lie about my usage if I got pulled over. I spent $1100 total, and in the five months it took them to do the work, I learned how to do it myself. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was hard to get ahold of, would give me inaccurate timelines for work completion, and I've still never even met him even though he was supposed to be working on my bike. Both times I went to pick up the bike, it was this other guy doing work in the shop. EDIT: Was 2 stars, but I changed it to 1 star because my fork seals are still leaking :) :) :)

I've been using this shop for a couple years now, well since i found them. I had many mechanics who had done me wrong and became picky about where i took my vehicles. The guys here are great with just about any automotive repair you may need. I started with brakes and had no issues and continued going back. I got rear ended and a mechanic put 4 new tires on my , my awd truck and 1 tire was a different size then rest. I noticed it was driving messed up, he told me bring it in. I did and he said i needed a whole transmission, however no codes were being thrown, and it drove fine after being hit. This was caused by his repairs however i didn't think i needed to check tires to make sure he put 4 matching 1s on. Well Auto ER helped find the problem, and fix my transmission since it was now messed up. They did an excellent job on the transmission, i had no issues and other than maintenance, this year they put a motor in my truck and again I got great service and a reborn truck. I highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs. CALL THEM FOR AN HONEST MECHANIC
