Highly recommend. Kyley did a great job. He listened well to everything I had going on and then did a great job explaining what they would do and then after the repair all that they found and did. The did a thoroughly diagnostic of the entire car as well. In addition, the app/texting feature made the process easy instead of calling back and forth during a busy work day and good prices.

If you own a European car, old or new, Auto International is hands down the best place in Annapolis for mechanical work. I had an excellent experience working with Spencer and Kyle, who are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Whether you are dealing with tricky sensor issues or need specialized wheel and tire work, they handle it with precision. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!

Excellent experience! They did an alignment on my son’s car, quickly found what was wrong, and are taking care of fixing it. Kyle explained everything very clearly and honestly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and great customer service!

We came back from vacation abroad to find that the steering assistance of our 2018 BMW 330i had died. We got it towed to our BMW dealer and were told that the whole steering module (electronics + rack mechanics) had to be swapped with a new one, for $7,000, about a third of the total value of our vehicle. We decided to ask for a second opinion and got the car towed to Auto International Repair Center on West Street in Annapolis. They found the wiring connection that had failed and fixed it for less than the cost of the car towing. We are quite grateful to the auto mechanics of the Auto International Repair Center for their expertise. As a result of our experience we would strongly recommend that owners of foreign cars skip the visit to their dealer altogether when something goes wrong and ask for help from the Auto International Repair Center folks instead.

Came in with a flat tire and it turned out that there was a very slow leak plus a broken tire sensor. The gentleman explained all the options very thoroughly, what was wrong, was very clear about the price, and gave updates throughout the 2 hour process in which they did a great job. Very pleased with the service!
