had a very disappointing experience with this business. I purchased a set of replacement keys after losing all of my originals. They programmed the keys and I paid the full price without any issues. A few weeks later, my car battery died due to the cold weather. When I tried to manually unlock my vehicle, I discovered that neither of the keys had been properly cut to open the door. As a result, I had to pay another service just to unlock my car. I then returned to this business and asked them to properly cut the keys. They told me they did not have the key code and that I would need to go to the dealership, which would cost me even more money. This is something that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. I do not recommend this place. If you are paying for replacement keys, make sure they are fully functional before leaving.

I sadly had lost one of the key fobs to my car. I made some inquiries - dealer was very expensive and some locksmiths said they were unable to do it indicating that manufacturer hadn’t released the software for my car yet (it’s a 2025). I persisted and based on their previous reviews I called Auto Keys LLC and they ordered an OEM fob, programmed it and cut the valet key for less than half of what the dealer would have charged! Very pleasant guy, too! Highly recommend them

This morning I went to Auto Keys to replace my car key battery. I was very well received, attended to quickly, and within less than 10 minutes everything was done! Excellent price and an impeccable team.

Wasn't happy with the programming price ($120) considering it doesn't take but 2 minutes to program a 2011 ford escape key. I could've done it myself. They guy at the front desk didn't think I knew better. I wanted to see if they had integrity to which I found out they don't. It literally took longer to cut the key itself then to program it. Shame on you.
