I called Auto Medic for tow service, and it was everything you would hope that the service would be: professional, courteous, and generous with their ideas and help with regard to my car problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough: you won't be disappointed.

My five stars is for the U-Haul rental place there. Easy and quick service. Scheduled online and came in…dropped off later, no issues. Had what I needed available. (Tow dolly) *on a side note the guy there said they charged $95 I believe. For local towing in Salisbury, Fruitland. Hope this helps!

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT go to this business! They had my car for four months and did not fix it. They gave every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't. They had me buy parts that I did not need and lied to my 85 year old Dad about what needed to be fixed on my car. Just the mere fact that they would lie to an elder and scam me for parts and service is enough not to do business with them. They are not trustworthy. These are the type of mechanics that give everyone in the business a bad name. Shame on them!

Great service from start to finish! I am a faithful customer of Auto Medic for this reason. They have no gimmicks, no jargon - they always demonstrate a broad knowledge of mechanics and straightforward pricing. If something cannot be fixed or alternative resources need to be utilized they let you know. That kind of integrity is what keeps me and now others in my family as loyal customers. I have several vehicles of different makes and they keep them all running without giving me the run around.
