The worst possible pep boys you could ever go to! First off they stole my new boots out of my truck along with my tmobile 5g home internet box. They said they did the alignment and never did so I had to take it to a different pepboys because I didnt want anything else stolen from my truck. They didn't even balance my tires so I had to take it to pauls used tires where my buddy works to get it done and he confirmed there was no way they balanced them because the inside and outside was so far off. (They left the old weights on the rim and never balanced them basically.) Also cooper tires suck and they were out of round!

Pep Boys was dishonest to me about fixing a flat tire and tried to sell me theirs. It’s sad when business are run like this. Instead I went to the Shell Adelphi Auto Repair. They have great service and they were able to fix my flat and confirmed that it still had life and put the tire back on my car. It was a waste of time going to Pep Boys but glad I ended up going to Shell Adelphi Auto Repair, they are on University Blvd, and highly suggest going there!
