The most honest, well meaning mechanic I've ever been to and I will be a customer for life. We had work done on my wife's car here. I brought in my own part and all they charged was labor for a very good price. Plus, they did not try to upsell me on anything, which alone is a win in my book! But, shortly after leaving the shop, the splash guard fell off the wheel well on the front passenger side and wrapped around her tire! I call them, they tow the car within five minutes. After getting to the shop, they explain that their is no way it could have been their fault because they did not touch that part of the vehicle at all and even showed me all of the reasons why which I very much appreciated as someone that is not very mechanically inclined. They then fixed the problem and even buffed out the scratches it caused! I went to try and pay them and they absolutely insisted that it was free, even though this all happened after their closing time. Words cannot express how thankful I am to them for doing this. Please, give them your business. People this genuine deserve it!

After dealing with two companies that didn't know what the hell they were doing, caliber collision and PJ's towing and recovery, they were actually honest with me and beyond fair with pricing. I will use them from this day forward. I will have peace of mind should I need another repair in the future to use the shop.

I've been here a few times. Quality work. Fair prices. Something they started doing recently is allowing you to purchase the part, and they will install it. There are some specifics for this so you should probably call ahead, but it was a reasonable price, quick service (I waited there for them to install catalytic converter), and everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly.

Mark's Automotive had my Suzuki x90 for almost 6 weeks and their customer service, or lack thereof, left me in tears one too many times. They were convinced it needed to be totaled and wasn't worth their time. They even made me order my own parts. I feel like the work that was done was not worth the $700 they charged me & Progressive. I found the cam and brackets sitting under the hood loose, spark plugs and bolts left under the windshield wipers, and the radiator was left sitting on the spare tire on the safari rack. I took plenty of pictures along the way too and have everything documented to back me up in this complaint.
