Taking the family to the Outer Banks our car broke down in Oxon Hill. Seeing the shop nearby I ran over and spoke with Gary, the first person I saw in the garage. He kindly offered to take a look and diagnose the issue. After finding that the radiator fan motors had pulled away from the fans and the shroud, he went inside to see if he could procure the parts and do an emergency installation. Ultimately we had the car towed back to Glen Burnie to have the dealership take a look but the kindness and professionalism offered by Gary speaks volumes about the ownership of the shop and how they run their business. Thank you 1000 times over for helping in a stressful time. Would highly recommend these folks as they are top notch human beings. Their work must be great too.
