My car was having transmission issues. I took it to Ballard Auto and they got me in right away. The customer service was amazing. The mechanic Cesar was very thorough and informative! He explained exactly what he thought was happening and updated me when it was discovered it might be a less expensive fix. I was even served coffee by another tech when he was topping off his own coffee. I’ve been searching for my home mechanic since coming to the DMV two years ago and my search is officially over. I trust this business to be upfront and thorough. They went above and beyond and I’m a new loyal customer because of it.
