Called ahead of time because I needed a part installed in my car. I bought the part myself. Called a day before to see if they were open on Saturdays. Got there and they opened 25 minutes late and the one mechanic said he has to install an engine. Had I been told this, I would not have driven all the way from my job in Catonsville to this place on Erdman Avenue. It would have been courteous to tell me.
