Awesome owner and staff that's always friendly and wanting to help take care of your car. I recently took my 14' GLI to them for a broken axle and control arm that another shop wanted to charge 14k to fix and two months down time, Autobahn found the real problem and fixed it for 1k and it was done it 4 days. No problems with it! So…… fast forward to a now, because I have also have another vehicle, my car isn’t driven that much. When I do drive it, as I’m going around corners I noticed the tire drags and the wheel is bent outward. Take to the dealership (VW) and I’m told the left rear control arm, upper and lower needs to be replaced. They show me this…… It looks nothing like the original part. After paying $1700, I know have to pay another $1,700 (for an OEM part) and put on correctly by the dealership. I would say you get what you pay for, but, go to the dealership. After screwing up my alignment (steering wheel cocked to the left) while getting this done I should’ve known better. They will NEVER touch any vehicle I own again or anyone else I know. Just go to the dealership..

2015 had them to do a major engine repair completed, they was supposed to do the ( valve stem seals) , continued to take the car back several times due to antifreeze leek after the repair, and the light continued to come on several more times to add antifreeze, Took the car back few more times after that, was told their was no problem, and maybe the heater core was back, i told him there was no fluid on the floor board of the car, During this time I only drove my car and added 1,000 miles after the repair, So I took the car back this year 2017 advised him the problem was never corrected, stated he could not drive the car because the car was no leaking oil, instead of them adding oil, they did noting, and wanted to charge me a 1,000.00 to correct the allegedly new problem, and said nothing about correcting the old problem. Now I am beginning to question what they really did.

First time using Autobahn Pro for service on my vehicle. I was recommended by a family member as I didn't want to pay the higher cost at the dealership for brakes and rotors. I was greeted by Luis, the owner, when I walked into the shop. I had previously given him the VIN to my vehicle and what work I wanted performed. I requested OEM parts, even though more expensive than after market, Luis had no issues ordering from a local dealership. I came back in the afternoon, and the mechanic was just finishing up the job. Luis explained that there will be a little bit of noise for the first few miles and that it was normal. He had all the fluids topped off if needed and off I went. It has been a couple of weeks and no complaints, I saved a couple of hundred dollars and found myself a very competent shop to bring my vehicle in for future service.
