I recently had my car door repaired after it was severely scratched, and this auto shop was fantastic to work with. Even when an unexpected delay occurred, something beyond their control, they offered me a small discount, which I genuinely appreciated. It really showed their commitment to great customer service.

I went to Auto Body Dimensions to get a rear car door replaced. The service was great and they kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the entire process. My car came back not only fixed but with very impressive detailed work. I have a dog and there was a bunch of dog hair on the back seat and they went well above my expectations with making sure my car came back looking in pristine condition.

Chivalry is not dead. Had some paint marks on my bumper. Called Eric at the shop yesterday and he said he would take a look this morning which he did, removed stains for free with buffing and there was much rejoicing. Counterpoint to someone I called yesterday who does a mobile service, I texted him pictures and he wanted to charge me $300 and he was going to get paint, etc.... etc.......Autobody Dimensions is my new go- to God forbid I have future issues. I recommend readers go forward and do likewise.

This was the third time that I have needed Autobody Dimensions' (Bethesda) services. I would never go elsewhere. They are superb in doing both simple fixes like today's (see below) and more complex bodywork and painting as I needed previously after a SUV hit my car head on. Although they were extremely busy and no longer work on cars over 20 years old because getting parts is close to impossible, both the manager (sorry, I don't remember his name) and Ramiro, an estimator, took time to both look at my car and buff off as much of the damage as possible (see photo below). Ramiro said that if he were me, he wouldn't spend the money for a new bumper on a car this age (22). He buffed it up for me gratis. I always have found everyone who works there to be honest, professional and very nice. That attitude coupled with excellent bodywork is why I have highly recommended Autobody Dimensions (Bethesda) to friends and why I have written this review to recommend them without reservations.
