AutoBody Dimensions has done great work on our cars in the past, but the mark of a true professional is turning down unnecessary work; especially when the other person has Good Insurance. We have been using auto body dimensions for 24 years and this past time has been the worst experience we’ve ever had was told numerous different stories about when my truck would be done. All I asked was for honesty so I could get a rental vehicle if I needed to, but was repeatedly promised a date that was never kept And was blatantly lied to about what was going on when I went to pick up my vehicle it was scratched dirt in the paint and now I find out both my front light clear covers are scratched. This is a brand new vehicle with 7000 miles on it, the manager came out. About the buffing compound and the scratches that were left on my fender and said that’s the way it was brought here. I’ve never in my life been so insulted to think I would bring a vehicle with buffing compound and scratches when you all were the ones who just fixed my vehicle it’s brand new for Pete’s sake sorry the customer service and the workmanship has went down. This used to be an A+ shop that we recommended to everyone, not anymore
