Top Notch repair of Lexus. Looks showroom new. Process easy and prices met my expectation. Vehicle was finished early. Mr. KOENIGSBERG is mgr at the Essex location. He is very knowledgeable about auto body repairs and very courteous. He maintained communication about process and completed early.

This is a prime example of what happens when businesses network with each other. This new system works. And most powerful of all I am thankful to God and my country the USA where there is more of us than them. Where We Go One We Go All. Let's all work together to make America a better place for everyone. The mechanics are thorough, gifted and talented and take pride in their work. Excellence is their signature work. The staff is friendly. There's plenty of parking outside in the parking lot. There's coffee and tea inside and a television for your pleasure. The bathroom is clean. We need more body shops like Autobody Evolution- Essex. They are on to something a good something. An example of the concept "Our Work Will Speak For Itself". Again thank you. I'm very happy now. When I found out my car got a hit, I was grateful to God I was not in it. And when I got back the car and it looked brand new, what can I possibly say but thank you. And thank you is an action word so I am writing this review to show the business and the employees my gratitude. I see them. I appreciate their hard work and attention to details. This business should be patronize. If you got a hit and your car was damaged, by the time you get back your vehicle, you will be very happy. They did something very good from the awful hit push and "body slam ' suffered to my vehicle, parked on the government road. Thank you 👍 and for all that I give you my 5 Stars of Excellence.

Great place. I had a drunk driver side swipe my car and took off my mirror and dented the driver side door. Everybody at the front desk and the guys who worked on my 2013 volvo were absolutely amazing. They were very honest and seemed very trustworthy. (I went thru my insurance)They even called me to update me on the status of my car. Got my whip back a few weeks later. Took them maybe a week and a half to two weeks and some change, which is very fast in my eyes. Their work looked like nothing touched my car by the time they were done with it. Don't be skeptical, just use them. You won't be sorry. 10/10 . Perfect. Fantastic. 👌

My vehicle was hit the repairs were awesome can't even tell. Steve was very kind as were the other employees. Very professional and kind. If I'm ever in need this is my go to body shop. I'll definitely tell my friends. Thank you Evolution for a job well done...

Terrible service. In 2023 I took my vehicle for repair after having a crash. They had to repair the rear bumper. When they finished my vehicle, I noticed that the paint was not the same color. So, I complained about it and they decided to fix it for me. They gave me a rental car with Enterprise, and Autobody Evolution, was gonna cover the expenses of the rental. The reason for my complaint is because a few weeks ago, I received an email from Enterprise with a balance from that date. It took more than a year and a half for them to tell me that they had not paid this expense and now I am the one who has to pay said debt. I tried to contact Autobody evolution but they only said that the manager would contact me and now they have changed managers. I have been patient and waited for this response but no one has contacted me regarding my problem. Here I will leave some images of how my vehicle had been delivered to me and the charge that has been generated from enterprise.
