2nd time getting a used tire from this location. The technician even took the time to explain why I couldn't salvage my tire and just patch it. Great service and fair prices.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I had multiple issues with a tire that I purchased here. First, the tire leaked air the day after I got it. I messaged them the same day and didn’t get a response for a week. I finally took it back and was told that the hole couldn’t have came from them because it was too big. They were nice enough to plug the hole for free and sent me on my way. What they didn’t explain to me was that the next day I would wake up to my tire completely out of air and sitting on the ground. After messaging the associate Giovanni, he calls me and tells me that they don’t do plugs, and we’re just trying to give me some kind of solution. Why would you plug my tire if that’s not even a service you provide? He then explains to me that the hole was in a weird spot and they couldn’t guarantee it was going to hold to begin with. None of this was explained to me so that I could have the option of maybe fixing it or just getting a whole new tire to begin with. Which, now a new tire would’ve been the better option. Overall, this place is unprofessional and I just wouldn’t recommend. You are better off buying your tires brand new at Walmart or something. At least then you’ll know that you’ll get more than 2 weeks out of a tire you spent your money on. They also have a better warranty 🤷🏽♀️

Location is called AutoBoxx now; they have great service, friendly staff. Reasonable prices for used tires. They also have a Tire Technician certification program for teens (15-18) year olds to apprentice until they can show competency, which is an amazing way to give back to the community. Really glad I found this spot, instead of a chain location. Even though I don’t live here in Hagerstown and my Uncle has a Full Service garage back home; I’d happily still stop here if I’m in the area and in need of tires.

Good place if you have no other shop to work with other than that, they are very unprofessional. They dont even remember what your name or car you brought in was. They also keep saying we will call you back to update you by tonight then never calls. I had to go myself since they wouldn’t pick the phone only to realize they hadn’t even worked on my car yet.

My experiences at AutoBoxx have been all positive! The staff is friendly and VERY knowledgeable. It is very rare to find a shop with honest mechanics, affordable prices AND a clean bathroom! AutoBoxx is truly a diamond in the rough.
