Estelle is extremely professional and was able to keep me calm when our camper front window was broken twice in transit from the vendor to their shop. On the third attempt the window was intact and promptly installed by Wade within two days. Although it took a few months, I am happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them. Professional and experienced people.

We needed to have the windshield replaced in our Newmar Essex motor home. We were apprehensive because the RV is large and it has a very large one-piece windshield. Our insurance company made arrangements to have Automotive Concepts in Glen Burnie do the work. As soon as they received the replacement windshield, they contacted us and scheduled the time for us to drop off the RV. From that moment on, everyone there was extremely professional and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. When we picked the RV up and drove it home, a small part of the new windshield molding had pulled away from the windshield. My husband called there to let them know. They drove all the way to our home the next day, which is over 40 miles from their shop and took care of it for us. It's rare to find that kind of amazing service these days. Thank you, Automotive Concepts, you were a pleasure to work with!

After an unfortunate incident with a tree limb going through the back liftgate window of my car, (while visiting from out of town) I called my insurance company who put me in touch with a well known glass company. That company had no appointments until Monday. I called the local dealer who recommended Automotive Concepts. I called them and was told the could have the window at their shop within an hour. I called my insurance company back to get them to send the claim paperwork and drove right over. By the time I got there, they had the paperwork ready for me to sign to authorize the work. In under two hours the window was finished and I was back enjoying my vacation. Thank you to the great staff for the awesome work and for taking care of things quickly and professionally. Can I give more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

Came here to get my front windshield replaced. They were able to book me for the next day and I was in and out in 2 hours. Very fast and friendly service. I hope I don’t need this service again but if I do I’m definitely coming back here.
