I can’t say enough good about this company. Countless times, they have come to our rescue. I called not even 24 hours ago, and here they are replacing my windshield. Amazing customer service from the receptionists, as well as the actual technicians. A pleasure to continue to do business with you guys. Thank you for the outstanding work!!! Hopefully it will be a long while before i need you again…. But when and if i do, I will return!!

I HIGHLY recommend Automotive Concepts. They came to me recommended by a car dealer and not only did they take my car for immediate repair but John’s customer service was exceptional. He had me in and out on Christmas Eve day!! I will refer all of my friends and family. What a great experience.

I had my car's sunroof shade repaired by the Cockeysville shop when I got the car back. The headliner was full of grease and the overhead console was broken. The left side clips were broken, and I wasn't told about it. I need to know if you're going to fix it? My car was sent to you through Jones Nissan. If my car gets fixed I'll edit my review, I'll await a response!

Take your business elsewhere. My back windshield got smashed in back in 2022, Automotive Concepts was one of the contracted options with my insurance to replace the windshield. Somehow they transcribed my VIN incorrectly and arrived with the wrong window. In 2024 they started calling and sending letters, which I frankly thought was an attempted scam because who would still have an outstanding bill from two years earlier? It apparently was not a scam so I directed them to insurance, I also confirmed with insurance what my deductible should have been at the time of the replacement; it should have been $250 instead of the $500 I was charged. I have left several voicemails requesting a refund of the $250 due to me with no response. This is a shady company which is very poorly ran. Only use them if you want to be overcharged, then years later hassled about the amount they overcharged you. Kiana- call me, you owe me $250.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer experience. Glass installers claimed to be knowledgeable about my vehicle, which requires special attention to windshield trim reinstallation. They both failed to replace the trim correctly, and then acted like I was being unreasonable when providing information on proper installation. Never got back to me after promising to do it right, and I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get refunded -- which they successfully rejected and sent me a fraction of the cost it took to fix the problem they created. I now question the service at my local Toyota dealer, who recommended this shop. Zero stars, would never recommend.
