In my many years of experience Automotive Machine produces excellent results at fair prices. Doug Bittinger was the finest engine mechanic I ever knew, and his son Scott and his son Bubba didn't fall far from the tree. I've had three engines rebuilt there over forty years with another in process as of summer 2025, and the results have been consistently excellent. Plus it it fun to check in with Scott and Bubba. They report the facts as they are, no run around, there is never a doubt about where we are. If you need heads milled or a complete rebuild, my recommendation is Automotive Machine.

Didn't do all the work I requested but charged me double what I was quoted.new to the area so I'm learning the hard way were not to go. Talking with some locals he does this to people he doesn't know. Took my onan to a small engine shop they ground the valves and seats, 1 exhaust seat was rough that explains why it ran rough and had no power.put back together again and it runs like a top.lesson learned.I might have been better off burning $160 than going here

Was treated very rudely. The person who I talked to acted like he was doing me a favor by taking my money. Next time I will go to Rhodes Machine in Somerset, PA it will be worth the drive!!!!

Very rude service Brought them a cylinder head that needed pressure checked and resurfaced. Got the cylinder head back they did resurface the head but did not pressure check it turned out to be cracked I wouldn’t waste your time unless you’re a frequent customer they couldn’t care less. I won’t be returning under any circumstances
