I wish I could give this company zero stars. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This tow company was assigned to me through my insurance provider after my vehicle became stuck on large mounds of ice left behind from the recent snowstorm. When the driver, Shawn, arrived, I informed him that my son would be coming out to assist with the process. He responded by repeating, “Your son?” and then asked why my son hadn’t shoveled the car out himself. This comment was unnecessary, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. I explained that I was paying for a service and did not owe him a personal explanation. However, the reality is that my son has limitations due to recent surgery and could not remove the heavy ice on his own. We had been attempting to free the car for seven days before calling for a tow as a last resort. It ultimately took the driver approximately 40 minutes to move the vehicle, which further demonstrated that this was not a simple task and could not have been done without professional equipment. The lack of professionalism, poor customer etiquette, and judgmental remarks made during this service were unacceptable. Paying customers should be treated with respect, not questioned or spoken to in a condescending manner. This experience felt unethical and left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This happened on Saturday, October 11, 2025....It is 11:21pm. I have been waiting for this company for 2.5 hours. They have not showed up. They came via my roadside service. I have called them. They said they would call me back and then they would call the driver to call me. No calls. The RSA called them. They said 20 mins. 20 mins came and went. The RSA called them back...NO RESPONSE. Bottom line....DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Unreliable and untrustworthy when it comes to their emergency towing service. So unprofessional. Had me stranded for over 4 hours because they kept telling me a driver was on the way when in reality no one was ever coming. First they said 60 - 75min. I waited. No one ever showed. Then they said 30 min. Wait and no show. The man at the office kept telling me he'll have the driver call me. But no one ever called. Then apparently they assigned me to another driver. That driver said 45 - an hour. Nothing. Then it was just a cycle of them telling me just 20 min. I tried calling the new driver again and the phone went straight to voice-mail. Thank goodness I caved and just ended up requesting a different provider because I don't think they would've ever shower up. They lied to my insurance company and said they came out and helped me but they never did. I would avoid this company at all costs

My car was towed from my complex because they stated my parking pass was not visible. I have lived for 3 years at my complex and my wife and I have parked in the same location for our time there unless for landscape or repair. I informed them that the pass was hung up but because we just got back from a trip we had another pass partially shielding it. I asked to speak to the manager/supervisor on duty at 0900 this morning, still have yet to be called back and it’s been over 5 hours. I called the number which towed me back and he hung up on me mid sentence. This is horrible service and disrespectful behavior. My wife has now been sitting for 30mins waiting to be helped just to get our car out. Which they state only can be paid for by cash or cash app. If I could give less than one star to this towing company I would.

ISSUES WITH TOWING: I can't speak to this company's proficiency for auto repairs, but I would caution against using them for "emergency towing" as advertised on their website. Our roadside assistance provider referred us them when our car broke down near National Harbor, MD (less than 8 miles from their base in Temple Hills, MD). After waiting 90 minutes we called the dispatcher (who seemed somewhat annoyed) and were told 20 minutes. After another 35 minutes of not seeing or hearing from a truck we called the dispatcher. We were told it would be another 20 minutes and that we would hear from the driver. After another half-hour of hearing from nobody, we went back to our provider who sent another company. I generally don't take the time to comment when provided one-star service, but as this could be a safety issue for a stranded motorist (luckily for us it was not), I felt compelled to share.
