This was my first oil change after purchasing my car from AutoNation. I have called few months before asking if I have to do first oil change early. I was told no, just when the notification shows up. So I waited for A16 notification to show up. I tried numerous times to call service department, using the phone number on the website, and was added to the queue multiple times with no result. Finally, I decided to select sales, which picked up right away and was able to be transfered to service department. There I found out that service phone number has not been valid since Auto Nation bought that dealership. No one checked all this time? How is service department even makes money? When I arrived for my 8a.m. appoitment, unfortunately 15 minutes late, due to traffic, I was told that they can only do A1 service, since "6" would only be covered after first oil change. When I proceded to ask questions on why would the car show A16 if that service was not available, I was intorrupted multiple times until I conceded to the argument. Now I believe, I am 1 service behind schedule, eventhough I have paid for this service. The entire appoitment took around 3 hours and 5 other customers set around waiting with me that entire time. In the past, they used to wash/rince your car with every service and after 3 hours they couldn't at least do that? Staff was out of uniform with pants hanging down, unshaved and unproffesional, with multiple comments and gestures like "I would have..." regarding customer interactions. I have been coming to this dealership with 3 different cars spanning good 25 years and this has been by far the worst and possibly last experience! Very poor representation of the Acura brand and/or AutoNation!!! I will take my money elsewhere!!!

I have been servicing my vehicle at AutoNation Acura Hunt Valley for the past five years and have generally had positive experiences — until my most recent visit. I purchased a prepaid maintenance plan when I bought my vehicle, yet I was told at check-in by Baneet that I did not have an active plan and was quoted over $300 for services that should have been covered. I had to pull up my original contract to prove my coverage was still valid. Only then was my maintenance plan “found” in the system. This situation was frustrating and concerning. Customers should not have to provide documentation for plans that are already on file. In addition, the communication and overall customer service from Baneet during this visit did not reflect the professionalism I’ve experienced there in the past. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider where I will be servicing my vehicle going forward.

After 9 years and a disappointing run with my TLX, I had to buy a new car. Kyle, the sales guy, was phenomenal and made sure I got exactly what I wanted (well as close to it for my budget lol). Small hiccup during financing but Noah made sure to get it right and I was beyond satisfied for my second car from them! In love with my brand new Integra and a wonderful new car sales team at Acura Hunt Valley.

I just purchased an Integra for my son. My second purchase from them in 6 weeks. Of course I went back to my salesperson, Jerrell who is fantastic to work with. You can tell that he is passionate about his job and makes the car buying experience fun. They did not have the color we wanted in stock but had it delivered on a flat bed the very next day for us.
