I was able to schedule my repair easily and then the dealership maintained ongoing communication through text messaging and calls if needed. They sent videos explaining the issue with my car and showing the repair, kept me up-to-date on the status of the part needed, and were great to work with for my warranty repair. I brought my car to have the infotainment system updated and a recall satisfied. On arrival I was greeted promptly and courteously. The Service Advisor and I went over the work to be performed. I was provided a rental car because the scope of work was going to take most of the day. I was informed when the tasks were completed and returned to the dealership. The work had been completed successfully and I completed the visit by visiting the cashier and completed the paperwork. I would definitely user Autonation Chevrolet Timonium for future needs.
