Completely disappointed. I was recommended to go here by an AutoNation Director at Bel Air for a simple estimate. Scheduled an appointment came in and was told to come the next day by Willie for better qualified review. So took additional time off at work and drove 3 hours total. They took photos and detailed documentation and everything seemed well. I was told an estimate could get to me by next week. Then the next week I was told the next week. Then again the next week then I was told it was complete and they were just finalizing it. I was very patient. Between this Toni M. Willis reached out and I told her/him that Willie has it handled. Fast forward, another month no response. I even called a number left on someone's review here on 12/16 requesting a simple update and if they could still provide me it. "Quentin" reinsured me that they could do it and he would even complete it himself ASAP. That was 1 week ago. Additionally, as I would call in and talk to the receptionist, you could tell she was increasingly annoyed by me calling requesting a simple update. Keep in mind, I've yet to be rude to ANYONE involved. If you cant provide the estimate or wont complete it just say it, but why drag me on a 2 month waiting. Terrible customer service.

Repair time took almost 8 weeks, communication wasn't the best. Not sure if it is the insurance company fault or the body shop. Hidden fees had to pay deductible plus $1500 unexpected money before I could get my car. Stain on my seat belt. Overall my car looks good. Place was well kept. Just a headache dealing with wait time and extra fees.

My dad has had a hard time finding a shop that could help him with an estimate for damage from a minor collision. Because of the language barrier, other shops weren’t willing to assist him further. But Chirag and his team took the initiative to help — they even called me directly to see how they could support my dad. I’m truly grateful. Staff was very nice. The damage repair was great. Time of repair was good. Only thing that bother me. I had asked for a couple chips to be repair. Even said I would pay for them. The guy even took notes. But not even touched. When I brought my car in I had a good half a tank of gas in it. When I picked it up, as soon I drove it off the lot my gas light came on. And not being from that area I didn't know where the gas station were. I know the guy said he drove it, don't mind that. But make sure you replace the gas. That upset me the most. I always have a half a tank because I have to use premium gas. Thanks Eileen Chindblom
