AutoNation Subaru made the process of buying my new car as seamless as possible! I had already done my research, so I came in with a list of "must haves". Steph & Zeke suggested I test drive both the 2026 CrossTrek and Forrester for comparison. The CrossTrek hybrid really spoke to me, and we started the paperwork. Ariel & Morris even made that process as easy as possible! These guys are amazing!

Scheduled a last-minute oil change and tire rotation using the online scheduler--super easy! Opted to stay and wait, and they told me it would be an hour. While there, it's easy to stay updated on the progress with a link provided by the service team. On this particular day (a Friday), it was quite busy, especially since it was one of the first warm days after the recent snowstorm. They wash your car after every service, so I waited a little extra for that (long lines for the car wash). Service rep was apologetic, but it was worth the wait for sure. Also used a coupon they send monthly, which made the price reasonable.

I visited AutoNation Subaru Hunt Valley on December 16 for vehicle maintenance. I arrived around 3:00 PM and waited in the lobby, with the service completed at approximately 5:20 PM. The service included an oil change (PD46F / PD96). My service advisor was A. D., and the technician was A. R. Overall, the service team was professional and friendly, and my vehicle has been running well since the maintenance. I appreciate the quality of service provided. That said, although I have a prepaid maintenance plan and have been a long-time customer who regularly services my vehicle at this location, I still paid approximately $500 for this visit. From a loyal customer’s perspective, it would be great if more consideration could be given to additional discounts or pricing flexibility in the future.

Prices are a bit high but the service is great. The service coordinator I had on my most recent visit, Akhil, was pleasant, understanding, and followed up throughout my service visit. They also made sure my car was all washed up when I came to pick it up. Brakes stopped making noise and the car is running fine. I've been taking my car here since I bought it.

My Service Advisor Sarah did a great job. She handled the issue well and communicated in a timely and clear manner. I appreciated her effort. 10 out of 10 for Sarah. Also, 10 out of 10 for the Technician that did the work. They found an additional issue that I did not know about. I appreciated their effort as well. Finally, kudos to the dealership for not trying to fix a tire with a screw too close to the sidewall. Other places might have just fixed tire anyway and put me and my family at risk but you did not. Thanks! So 10 out of 10 for Subaru Automation Hunt Valley.
