I was able to drop my car off the night before. The team was great with communication. Called me about my car as requested and left a detailed message since I was at work. Car was finished in a timely manner. I was not aware that Jerryโ€™s closed and changed names. The person I spoke with when booking the appointment was unable to answer questions about the change in name. I thought prices were a little high for a wipers but they always do great work.

I use the front camera yellow guide lines (pictures attached) all the time and now they are not moving when I move the steering wheel. Do you know if something got disconnected with the tire rotation? I reported this to the service advisor (Joseph) the same day but I haven't received a response yet.

This was my first time getting my car serviced at Auto Nation after the buyout of Jerry's. My service advisor Jamie was great she got me checked quickly with no issues, was friendly and explained everything that would be happening. My car was getting its multi point inspection and recall for the screen issue addressed that day. Jamie did advise it would be 3 hrs. She did keep in touch throughout the day- however it took longer than expected- because the recall issue downloading the new software to address the screen issue took way longer than expected. I just wish they still had the shuttle or ride service to pick you up\drop you off especially if you live nearby. But otherwise Jamie was great.

Everyone was friendly and they did a good job. However, even though I had an appointment, they clearly were not ready for me. It took two hours for a basic inspection and tire rotation. I think if they allow you to make an appointment, then they should honor that appointment.

I had an appointment for regular maintenance and although the gentleman who helped me was good i had to wait 2 and a half hours because they were backed up. They no longer offer rides both ways like Jerry's did. That's very disappointing. Not sure they offer loaner cars if you have to leave your car overnight anymore either.
