Scott the service advisor and the team at AutoStream Car Care Center in Clarksburg Maryland are the best. They were kind and very helpful. They were my heros, my car engine light came on the day before Christmas eve. They made sure I had everything I needed was done so that my car would be fixed. Mike was amazing! This has to be the best, most transparent and inexpensive car appointment I’ve had. As a woman, when dealing with car issues, I always feel slighted or price gouged as it is not my area of expertise but my experience here was very caring, transparent and honest. He explained all the details of my car without bogus words to confuse me, highlighted which needs were immediate and which were not as pressing and made it all clear. I was very touched by the care and kindness I received I offered to tip on my service but they don’t even take tips wow 🤯! can’t name many places like that! this was my first visit to the auto shop but they have definitely found a returning client in me, I will be back. thank you guys!
