These guys really came in clutch. I found a screw stuck in my tire a few days before I was scheduled to make a long road trip and they were able to fix it for me the next day! The staff was so friendly and professional, I will definitely be back next time I need an oil change or wheel alignment.

An auto repair business can be judged best by the honesty of the management to tell the truth about repairs. I wanted to purchase a truck that Auto Tech had on their lot for sale which was previously owned by a customer. After a successful test drive with the owner, I agreed to purchase the truck on an agreed upon price. However, it was found that the AC wasn't blowing cold and he agreed to charge it overnight. The next day when I returned to leave a deposit, David the owner, said that his team detected a leak in the compressor and that part was expensive. He agreed to install the compressor at no charge for labor. He told me that he could not honestly sell me the car at the discounted price without adding back in the cost of the AC compressor. Rather than sell me a car with an expensive compressor problem, he was willing to forego the sell. I thanked him for his honesty and told him he had a customer for life for his honesty and full disclosure. I have bought a lot of lemons over the years. This could have been a situation that created an expensive cost of ownership for me down the line. I asked that he look out for another vehicle that may come available and I have confidence that I'll be treated with honesty and respect for any service that the vehicle may need. I will also use Auto Tech for service on my current vehicle. I've been disappointed with other shops in the area for their lack of attention to customer service. It's ironic that I found Auto Tech while looking for a truck to purchase.
