My point of contact is BRIAN, the best in the business to repair foreign and domestic vehicles. All our Mercedes and Lexus; new and older; we have used this location. I can text Brian anytime and he is ALWAYS accessible…that I love about his service.. I have moved from Ft Washington to Bowie, Maryland and now in Northern Virginia - am still using Brian at the Clinton location to repair our foreign vehicles. Unfortunately, have had a couple of accidents on my new lexus. When Brian repaired the damage my friend declared it looked brand new and it was spotless inside and out “ cleaned.”. Before driving off the lot, when necessary he assists with the traffic when departing the location. We have referred many of our associates, to Brian. Thank God, we found BRIAN several years ago. Highly recommend this team! I’ve been coming to AYT for over a decade and they’ve assisted me with EVERYTHING on my older Toyota from basic services to tires and brakes, fuel pumps, power windows, and most recently with timing belt and water pump replacements. Fees for requested quotes get credited towards your service. The fast service here saves me time from having to schedule and wait at the dealership.

I brought my Volvo XC90 in for repair after the rear fin sustained some pretty deep scratches, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Brian and his team were fantastic to work with; they were clear, communicative, and professional from start to finish. They walked us through what needed to be done, kept us updated throughout the process, and delivered our car in absolutely amazing shape. The rear fin looks flawless, you’d never know it had been damaged. As a bonus, they even did a light interior clean, which was such a thoughtful touch and a real treat for this mom of two young kids. Top-notch service, incredible attention to detail, and an all-around great experience. Highly recommend. Thank you, Brian and team!

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. During my first visit, I called the shop the morning I planned to pick up my car to confirm timing. The woman I spoke to told me they were open until a certain time, so I arrived more than 30 minutes before closing. When I got there, she claimed everyone had already left and my car was blocked in the garage by other vehicles — and she couldn’t move it without help. Meanwhile, I could literally see people around the building. I had to push her to even ask them to move the cars. She kept insisting no one was around, despite my eyes telling me otherwise. Only after I pressed the issue did they finally retrieve my car. If a customer is Ubering to your shop, the very least you can do is ensure they can get their vehicle. Then I returned to fix a broken windshield wiper motor — and they quoted me over $600 for a part I found online for $243, same exact part number. That didn’t even include labor. Altogether, they wanted nearly $1,000 just to get my wipers working again. Shady pricing, poor communication, and zero customer service. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you avoid this place.
