I called simply looking for a part for my car and the person on the phone said, we don’t have anything like that and hung up immediately. He was insanely rude. I don’t usually leave reviews like this maybe some of your employees need to be talked to about being professional. There was no reason at all to be like that

Went looking for some parts for my jeep Cherokee got to the location on Pulaski highway and was then directed to a different location for car parts about 3 1/2 miles away. when I got there I noticed a sign saying to go to the other side so I did and then noticed that door was locked to and was greeted by somebody opening the window saying “here”. I proceeded to step up to the window where the rude man asked what I needed and while I was still confused at the idea of being served through the window I got my thoughts together and Asked for what I came for and he demanding to know if that he found the parts that I would buy them and I said if the condition was right. He then got on the walkie-talkie and paged somebody about three times while I sat there with my head through a window. I didn’t hear any response from the radio and by that time I already had enough so I said thanks anyway and left, horrible customer service employees with attitude won’t be spending my money here

Great u pull it junkyard, lots of variety and the prices are more than fair. One time they even didn't charge me because the piece I needed was so insignificant (little plastic trim part) that the guy told me "that's fine, you already paid the entrance ticket". In a time where businesses are all about making money and don't care much about the loyalty with that small gesture they won me as a customer.

Had a mixed experience with this company. Went to B&H for the first time and was told by the girl at the front desk that they had a car exact make and model as my car in the yard. Went back the very next day to go pull the part I needed, Searched the yard for almost an hour in the rain with my mechanic and Couldn't find the car. So we went to the front desk and asked the guy (I forget your name. Sorry!) where the car was in the yard, He was very helpful, he looked it up on the computer and proceeded to tell me they didn't have one in the yard. (The girl lied about the car being in the yard so she was giving me dirty looks the entire time the guy helped me.) The guy looked up the parts I needed and gave me a price range to expect and offered to order the parts for me. I have a rare car so I knew finding the parts wasn't going to be easy. However, I decided to not get the parts for my car from B and H due to the girls dishonesty and dirty looks. The guy was very nice, very helpful, and practically knew my rare car inside and out. If you have a common car, B and H's pulling prices are pretty reasonable. Just make sure you talk to the older guy at the front desk. He'll definitely help you find the part you need. Just don't ask the girl for anything or acknowledge her, She's dishonest.

Gave us a hard time to get our property back,(Towed 2 boats without any certified letter, over charged us to obtained both boats) First they stated they had no idea what we were talking about, once we called the Sheriff department, they all of sudden remember what boats they took (again with no certified letter or phone call) MD law states if they tow without warning, it's $250 for the tow & $30 per day.. they charged us $500 for each boat which should of only been $310 for each boat. they only wanted cash & gave us a hard time about giving us a receipt. If I can give a rating of -100% I would. Terrible customer service!!!! stay clear away from this place folks. I've filed a complaint to the Better business Bureau. (FYI - I don't' think they are legitimated towing company.. call the #, when you hear the options, not one states the towing department. I had to select parts to speak to someone) i had to select one star in order to post this review.
