My experience has been positive. Many family members also use the shop. They are reasonably priced and have been able to work me with whatever budget I have. Singh is very personable and prides himself on quality of service. Every time they works on my car, i get it back the same day and i have no complaints about the work done. He literally my mechanic now and I don't even live in Baltimore. What I will say is that I wouldn't leave my car there overnight and there have been times I've called multiple times about a job and the cost quoted for diagnostic charges. It’s not very much but I would think there’s a set price for diagnosis’ but i don’t know it may have to do with the type of work. It’s just the fact that I don't know and i like consistency. Other than that, i highly recommend. Very good men and great shop!!!

An excellent repair shop. Both times I've used them they made room for my car quickly, had a very fast turnaround time for the repair, offered clear explanation of the problem and options for fixing it, and had very reasonable pricing. I've used them twice now and can't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend these good people.

My husband has had his Honda serviced here for the past three years and he always speaks highly of this repair shop. I brought in my Subaru for a brake job and repair of the seal to the axle. Both jobs were done within a few hours at a reasonable cost. We are so happy to have this repair shop in our neighborhood.

Synthetic oil change and wipers this time. Always fast and friendly . They are honest people here. Hard to find a mechanic to trust . I've been coming here for a while I'm and have always been treated right .

I've trying to not review places but I'm almost compeled to write one for this shop. I can only rate the customer service experience since they did not work on my van. I dropped my van off on a Saturday morning not realizing they close earlier. My car was left overnight on the street and someone stole my stereo, luckily they were kind and left my dog's bag. I had a feeling the shop wasn't going to get to my van so I went and picked it up. I guess they assumed I didn't care about my van since one of the guys tried to sell me a different one. This is just my experience. You'll probably have a better one than me if they think you have a nice car. I should be upset but I got a funny story out of this experience and the only cost was a stereo that I would've eventually replaced anyway.
