I went to B&A today when I started smelling burning oil in my car. I had my spark plugs replaced the day before at a Jiffy Lube. Jeff immediately helped me diagnose the problem, called Jiffy Lube to explain what was wrong, and gave me a detailed plan of what I should do next. He helped me get my car towed to Jiffy Lube, and communicate with them so that I would not be charged more than I had already paid. I will be going to Jeff at B&A for any of my future car problems

Great shop run by a fantastic owner. Integrity is a quality I highly value and struggle to find; Geoff has it in abundance. Will take all my future BMW and Volvo issues to B & A in the future. One tip...when you go there drive a bit slowly on the roadway. Look for the sign but understand the shop is a good 200 yards up the hill in the industrial park, not at the roadside. I think they will stay at 5 stars for quite a while...

Have been taking my BMW to Jeff for years and am about to take our Jeep Grand Cherokee to him for its first brake job. Jeff is a genuinely nice and honest person who does 'superior' work at very reasonable prices. Can't say that about any other auto mechanic I've used over many years.

My back brakes started grinding and I needed to have my car looked at ASAP. Jeff was able to fit me in the next business day, and did a fantastic job. He also fixed a few other issues, and I was able to pick my car up the next day. I highly recommend B&A Imports, the prices and professionalism can’t be beat!

He takes time to really listen to his clients to provide the best possible experience. He instills a sense of trust that is often missed at larger shops and the dealer. 5 Star Service in person and on the phone, there's no need to go elsewhere!
