Rather it’s a simple oil change, new battery, or the axel they have followed through with quality work, reasonable rates, and incredible customer service. Thank you Brad and crew for always explaining it to me in a way I can understand, for being honest and reliable and completing all work in a timely manner.

I've been taking all my vehicles to Brad at Babcock Service Center for years, and he's honestly the most reliable mechanic I've ever had. I'm the kind of person who drives my cars forever, so having a trusted mechanic is everything to me. Brad and his team always go above and beyond, and you can just tell he genuinely cares about his customers. What I appreciate most is their honesty. Everyone knows car repair is expensive, but with Brad, I know I'm getting a fair price and never have to worry about him trying to upsell me on something I don't need. He'll take the time to explain exactly what's going on with my car so I feel completely confident in his work. His expertise is second to none. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust completely, who'll take great care of your car and give you an honest, fair price every time, you've found him. The only downside is sometimes I have to wait a few days to get in because they’re too busy being so trustworthy and honest.

Went here for the first time last week because I'm tired of Firestone and needed a place to drop my car off on my way to work. I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation but they didn't try to sell me on anything extra/unnecessary. They're really friendly and take great care of your car, I think they also fixed a part of my bumper that kept poking out every so often! I will come back here for future services

I loved coming here to get my car done. A coworker recommended this place to me before he left and said they did good work on cars. This place is literally around the corner from where I work, and I never really noticed them. I told them the issues I was having ( went for a brake line flush). Car was done before I got out of work. Omg can my car stop. ( I had brake issues, I changed my own brakes but didn't properly get air out the lines, my car still stopped fine until about a few weeks ago when I went over some ice) My car stops so smoothly now that it doesn't take forever to stop( my pedal would go all the way down) . They adjusted and cleaned my rear brakes as well and didn't try to sell me services I didn't ask for. I would say whoever worked on my car went above and beyond. I found a new place to get maintenance done on my car.
