I requested custom paint pattern on the bumper and spoiler, repair the dented fenders that had paint blooming. They came thru exactly the way I had envisioned it. Recently I had an issue with my brand new car bumper clips, Ernie was super and said if I could wait for a bit he would have his tech fix it for me. He also arranged for highest payout on totaled vehicle for me, and scheduled vehicle pickup. While at the facility, I witnessed the same level of service provided to other customers. Excellent service. My wife shopped around looking for a place that would not only do a great job on our son Ford Explorer but in a time crutch needed it done as quickly as possible so he could drive it back to college. BAC did not disappoint. Not only did they restore our son's car back to its original form, they also did the job and record time and work with us within our budget due to the unexpected expense. So glad we found and called them!
