These guys are revolutionizing the industry . Here’s what I mean: I took a 12 year project FD V8 RX7 to them with a host of issues. The car wouldn’t even run when I dropped it off. A short time later, the car was reworked rewired re-welded and renewed and I drove it home. Carl and Justin resurrected it. Secondly I purchased a McLaren 650S at auction that barely ran. I asked Justin if he would be willing to work on it and he was very honest with me that he’s never touched a McLaren before, but because of my past miraculous resurrection experience and my confidence in the team at Bad Cat, I did not hesitate to drop it off. The issue was immediately diagnosed and identified. The engine had to be dropped to fix the cam phaser issue, and they had no problem doing it, along with a new DLD and ongoing preventive maintenance. I was blown away at their willingness to tackle new projects! Their welding ability and design capabilities far exceed my expectations. Excellent communication too. Highly recommend Bad Cat, all my future cars will go there.

Carl, Justin, and Jeff are awesome people who you can genuinely tell are passionate about what they do. I met Carl and bad cat through some group chats. I've done/do all the work on my cars and projects, and generally have a good sniff test for bs... Bad Cat passes the sniff test. Carl tuned my skyline, and he couldn't have been more professional about it. What I appreciated is nothing is a secret; Carl will communicate about what is going on, and provide honestly and wise feedback. His knowledge places him another level deeper than most tuners I have worked with in the past, and it showed in the work he produced. He met my needs and goals when it came to the tune, and the end result was an incredibly smooth and clean tune which transformed how my car drives vs my previous tune. As a side note, Justin has some wicked fabrication projects and staring at some of the cool things he put together like his 3d printed manifold for his rotary is like staring at art. Bottom line, I really don't trust my car with anyone, but these guys I absolutely do. They will not bs you and all of the DMV skyline guys will vouch for their shop.

After building what I am considering my life’s work, there is no one else I would trust tuning my gtr. Well worth the 5 hour drive each way, Carl and his crew were meticulous, and professional. He kept me informed of my cars performance throughout the process of mechanical upgrades along with computer/electrical upgrades. I picked the car up, trailered it the 7 hours back (traffic) and the following day burned a full tank of gas driving the car around and enjoying every second of it 😀. Flawless install, tuning and overall job. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.
