Called Brian at 6PM and he was at our truck within the hour as promised, diagnosed the problem that night and also gave a ride to and from the hotel to our driver Friendly Punctual and very fair pricing. I was 3 hours into an 8 hour drive when my exhaust dropped while I was driving on I70. I pulled off at the next exit and into a truck parking lot behind a gas station where Bain’s happened to be work. I walked over and asked if he could help, and his wife/business partner went and picked up a clamp from the local auto parts store and he had my exhaust reattached in no time. Great service, both from Brian and his wife. Hopefully I don’t break down on I70 again, but for anyone else in a similar situation, I would highly recommend calling them

He was quick to come out when I had an issue with a tire and needed a plug. I eventually got the work done myself and he checked it over and stayed to make sure it was good before leaving. I was 1.5 hrs into a 8 hr trip.

We started to have problems with the levelers on our RV when we arrived at Friendship Village RV and campground in Bedford, PA. We contacted Good Sam Roadside Assistance whom we have a policy with. They immediately started working on the issue and Brian, owner of Bain’s was dispatched to fix the issue. He was on time, consummate professional, diagnosed the problem and advised how to isolate the situation so that we could travel home safely as it would require a major repair. My husband and I highly recommend him for any issues with your RV, truck or trailer.
